Refund terms for Memorial Sourcing digital research products such as the $79 OEM Kit.

Digital goods
The Pet Memorial OEM Shortlist + RFQ Kit and similar Memorial Sourcing products are digital research downloads / account-delivered documents.
Because the core value is informational content that cannot be “returned” once delivered:
- Before delivery / access is granted: If payment fails or you were charged in error before receiving access, contact support for a full refund or charge reversal help.
- After delivery / access is granted: Refunds are generally not available, except where required by law or where we failed to deliver the promised digital files within a reasonable time after confirmed payment.
- Duplicate charges: We will refund clear duplicate successful charges for the same product.
How to request
Email the support address on this site with your account email, order ID, and reason. We typically respond within 5 business days (Asia/Shanghai).
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve delivery issues. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
