Terms for using Memorial Sourcing digital research products published by Albacube.

Agreement
By accessing Memorial Sourcing sites or purchasing digital products (including the Pet Memorial OEM Shortlist + RFQ Kit), you agree to these Terms. The publisher is Albacube, operating the Memorial Sourcing brand.
What we sell
We sell independent buyer research — shortlists, RFQ frameworks, planning FOB bands, and educational checklists. We are not:
- A pet urn manufacturer or jewelry factory
- A trading company or exclusive agent
- A freight forwarder, customs broker, or fulfillment partner
- A provider of on-site factory audits or locked supplier quotes
Listing a supplier in research materials is not a quality guarantee, partnership, or paid endorsement.
Accounts & purchases
You must provide accurate account information. Digital products are licensed for your internal business use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute Kit contents as a competing product without written permission.
Prices (e.g. $79 one-time for the Kit) are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Payment processors handle card data under their terms.
Disclaimers
All FOB, MOQ, sample-fee, lead-time, and compliance notes are planning magnitudes from public sources unless otherwise stated. Written supplier quotes and official regulations govern. Content is not legal, tax, or investment advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (abuse, scraping that harms service, fraud, or attempts to impersonate Memorial Sourcing as a factory).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albacube / Memorial Sourcing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of research materials or supplier decisions you make. Total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that digital product.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Albacube’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
